The 3‑Day Program That Turns Leadership Fundamentals Into Real‑World Impact

Leadership In Practice™ is the full 3‑day version of Leadership Foundations.


Days 1 and 2 are identical to the Leadership Foundations™ program, building leadership identity, coaching capability, and communication habits.


Day 3 is where leaders take everything they’ve learned and apply it directly to the real situations they face — conversations, decisions, pressures, and moments that require clarity, presence, and accountability.


Leadership In Practice™ is designed for organizations that want leaders not only to understand the fundamentals but to use them confidently in real time.


Built on the 22‑Point Leadership Scorecard

Leadership In Practice™ draws on PeakPropel’s 22‑Point Leadership Scorecard—22 behaviours across four core leadership pillars that shape how leaders show up, coach, communicate, and execute. 


Day 3 gives leaders the space to apply these behaviours in real‑world situations, turning fundamentals into confident, practical execution.

Days 1 & 2 — Leadership Foundations™ (Core Content)

Day 3 — Leadership In Practice™ (Application Day)

Day 3 takes everything from Days 1 & 2 and moves it into real‑world execution.

1. Scenario‑Based Leadership Practice

They work through situations tied to accountability, clarity, coaching, influence, and team alignment.


2. Real‑Life Conversation Rehearsals

Participants bring their actual leadership challenges and rehearse the conversations they need to have next — not hypotheticals.


3. Decision‑Making Under Pressure

Leaders practice judgment, presence, and clarity when conditions are ambiguous or emotionally charged.


4. Real‑Time Coaching Practice

Leaders use the coaching tools from Foundations with peers, receiving guidance and feedback.


5. Peer Reflection & Feedback

A psychologically safe environment for leaders to test, adapt, and strengthen their approach.


6. Final Lap: Personal Leadership Roadmap

Each leader leaves with a clear, behavioural roadmap for the next 30–60 days — built from their own examples.
