Welcome to PeakPropel Advisors.
We help organizations close leadership capability gaps so leaders can consistently develop talent, reinforce accountability, and deliver results.
When Leadership Intent Doesn't Translate Into Impact, Performance Suffers.

Clarity first. Capability second. Application third.
Leadership 360 Insights gives leaders the awareness they need, and Leadership Foundations™ and Leadership In Practice™ build the habits and behaviours that create consistent performance.
PeakPropel was built on a simple but often ignored reality: most organizational performance challenges are not strategy problems — they are leadership behaviour problems.
Organizations are filled with capable, committed leaders who work hard and want to do the right thing. Yet leadership expectations often increase faster than leadership capability develops. Over time, a gap forms between how leaders intend to lead and how their leadership is experienced by others.
That gap shows up quietly — in unclear accountability, inconsistent behaviours, disengaged talent, and results that never quite match the effort being invested.
This is the gap PeakPropel exists to close.
For more than 37 years, I’ve worked directly with leaders and coaches in the field — in real moments, real conversations, and real performance environments. Those years taught me a simple truth: most leaders care deeply, and most want to do the right thing — they just need support turning their intent into consistent impact.
PeakPropel was created out of a genuine passion to help leaders grow with clarity, courage, and confidence. The work is personal to me. I’ve seen what can happen when leaders are coached well — and when they’re not. My goal is to help leaders not only perform, but thrive, and to help organizations create environments where people can do their best work.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about identity, behaviour, and everyday leadership moments that truly matter.
For much of my career, I had the privilege of working closely within a founder-led organization, witnessing firsthand what it takes to build, grow, and steward a business over the long term. That experience shaped my leadership judgment in profound ways and reinforced lessons that continue to guide me today.
One lesson has remained constant: effective leaders must learn to lead at two altitudes.
They keep their boots on the ground—close to their people, their teams, their customers, and the realities of execution—while also leading from 10,000 feet, with the perspective needed to anticipate change, align priorities, and shape the future.
The best leaders do both. They never become so strategic that they lose touch with reality, and they never become so immersed in the day-to-day that they lose sight of where the organization is headed.
That balance between humility and vision, execution and strategy, has shaped my leadership philosophy throughout my career and remains at the heart of how I help leaders strengthen performance through people.

Most organizations don’t struggle because their leaders lack effort or commitment. They struggle because leadership behaviours are inconsistent, misaligned, or underdeveloped in ways that steadily undermine performance.
Common patterns include:
• Leaders avoiding difficult or developmental conversations
• Inconsistent leadership expectations across teams
• Strong individual contributors promoted without sufficient leadership support
• Expectations that are communicated but not reinforced
• Coaching conversations that fail to move behaviour
• Culture and performance drifting apart
Left unaddressed, these patterns create friction, slow execution, and limit results — even in otherwise strong organizations.
Most organizations don’t struggle because their leaders lack effort or intention. They struggle because leadership behaviour becomes inconsistent, misaligned, or unclear as pressure increases.
At PeakPropel, we look at performance through three lenses: clarity, capability, and consistent behaviour over time.
We believe sustainable results are created when leaders clearly understand how their leadership is experienced, align behaviour to organizational needs, and apply effort in the right order.
This perspective shapes how we work with leaders—before tools, before programs, and before solutions.
PeakPropel strengthens leadership capability, so effort translates into execution, coaching produces growth, and leaders show up with consistency.
Our work focuses on the point where leadership effectiveness either multiplies results — or quietly diminishes them.
When leaders develop stronger leadership identity, awareness, and skill, organizations experience meaningful shifts:
• Leaders communicate with intention and consistency
• Coaching conversations drive ownership and development
• Accountability becomes expected, not avoided
• Teams operate with greater alignment and trust
• Retention improves because the leadership experience improves
Performance doesn’t improve because leaders work harder.
It improves because leaders lead better.
PeakPropel brings a structured, evidence‑informed approach to developing leaders who turn intent into impact.
We focus on the everyday leadership behaviours that strengthen accountability, alignment, and execution — the behaviours that quietly determine whether performance rises or stalls.
Helping leaders understand how they show up — and how their leadership is experienced.
Courageous, dignity‑preserving conversations that build trust and strengthen accountability.
Coaching that develops talent, deepens ownership, and reinforces high standards.
Helping leaders create clarity, reduce friction, and ensure people and priorities move in the same direction.
Structured insight, practical tools, and applied development that lead to real behaviour change.
PeakPropel exists to help leaders lead with clarity, consistency, and confidence — so performance improves at every level.
Leadership development doesn’t end when the training day ends. Without reinforcement, most programs fade within weeks.
Training creates awareness. Reinforcement creates leaders.
PeakPropel builds reinforcement into every engagement and helps organizations identify an internal Champion to sustain the behaviours long after the session ends.

PeakPropel follows a structured development pathway designed to build awareness first, capability second, and sustained impact over time.
A structured feedback process that highlights congruent and non‑congruent leadership behaviours, building leadership self‑awareness and clarity around what is helping — and what is hindering — effectiveness.
A group‑based development experience focused on leadership identity, coaching capability, and communication practices that shape how leaders show up each day.
Targeted, personalized support for leaders navigating complexity, growth, and increased responsibility.
PeakPropel supports leaders across levels and functions who are navigating growth, accountability challenges, and expanding people responsibility.
Our work consistently strengthens leadership clarity, behavioural consistency, and confidence — foundational elements required for strong performance, healthy culture, and sustainable results.
The most effective leadership development begins with awareness.
Leadership 360 Insights provides an objective view of how leadership is being experienced today — and where development will have the greatest impact.
